Assessment Referral

Do you have concerns about your child's development? 

Call or stop by the school to receive a referral packet.  Our teams of assessors are here to evaluate your child's strengths & skills to determine whether they may be eligible to receive special education services.  Once the assessment is completed, we will meet with you in an IEP meeting to review the findings and discuss how our district can meet your child's needs.  We look forward to partnering with you through the referral and assessment process.
